Weight reduction guidance from my instructor

I wanted to share some weight loss solutions and tips that my personal trainer was kind enough to discuss with me. The best way to lose fat, as outlined by him, was to take an herbal weight loss plan or a natural diet; his food selection incorporated fruits, vegetables, lean meat and rice. He also explained that I don’t have to do a fasting to lose weight because it’s a fantasy that eating less can encourage weight loss. I found his suggestions invaluable and I’ll be transitioning to a new diet real soon.
