My Massive Weight-loss No-No

I’m all for taking in weight reduction products and health supplements yet there’s one weight loss method that I’ll certainly not do: using laxatives to lose weight. According to a number of experts, extended laxative intake can cause diarrhea, lack of fluids and bowel problems. Even though I must lose weight in 2 weeks, I am not that determined to do something that silly. Doing interval training workouts is still the best exercises to lose weight for me and I am shedding pounds slowly while building muscle simultaneously. Neat huh?
