My Fat loss Diary – Foods and Supplements
So I am on a goal to lose weight fast and safe; I’ve been exercising for the past week now, consuming natural vitamins, and adding foods that help you lose weight to my food selection. I’m definitely not into those fad diets because I like to stuff myself with foods on any given day; blame it on my healthy desire for food. I’m still thinking about taking a resveratrol weight loss supplement mainly because it’s said to be very good for your body and it helps me lose weight. My goal is definitely to lose 4lbs in 2 weeks or less.
